By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and users of the reservation, RSVP, and communication features of this site.

2. Reservations & Payments

Room reservations made through this site are requests for lodging associated with the Lofland wedding. Submitting a reservation does not guarantee accommodation until payment is successfully processed and a confirmation is issued.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. All amounts are shown in US dollars. Please review your booking details carefully before completing payment, as reservations may be non-refundable once confirmed. If you need to modify or cancel a reservation, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. SMS (Text Message) Communications

By providing your mobile phone number on the RSVP form (or in connection with a reservation), and for attending guests, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing, informational text messages from us relating to the wedding weekend — including schedule updates, logistics reminders, and time-sensitive notices.

Message frequency varies and is limited to event-related communications (typically no more than a few messages per month leading up to the wedding, and time-sensitive updates during the wedding weekend). Msg & data rates may apply based on your plan with your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message we send. For help with SMS communications, reply "HELP" or contact us by phone at +1 (940) 447-4950. Message delivery is not guaranteed; we are not responsible for missed or delayed messages.

4. RSVP Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting an RSVP or reservation, including your name, contact details, and any dietary restrictions. We rely on this information to plan the event, and inaccurate information may affect our ability to accommodate you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt its operation, submitting false or fraudulent information, scraping content, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict access to the site for any user who violates these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, its reservation and RSVP features, or SMS communications. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
